Deki Alem

Deki Alem is a Swedish duo consisting of twins Sammy and Johnny Boakye Bennett. Formed during the pandemic, their music blends elements of hip-hop, post-punk, trip-hop, and EDM. In 2022, they debuted with their EP Among Heads, which earned them a Swedish Grammy nomination, followed by their 2023 EP Fluent Stutter. Their latest record and debut album, Forget In Mass, released august 8 2025. "Deki Alem" means "Alem's Children" and is an homage to their maternal Eritrean heritage.
