Terms of Service

Pulse is an events directory that aggregates publicly-listed events from venues in the Netherlands. Listings are sourced from venues and partner ticketing platforms; Pulse links out to those sources and does not sell tickets or process payments.

You can browse Pulse without an account. An account lets you save events, venues, and artists, and filter the events list to your favorites. To create one, you provide an email address and we send you a sign-in link or one-time code.

You own the data attached to your account (your saves, your profile). You may delete your account at any time from /settings; deletion is immediate and unrecoverable.

You agree not to:

• scrape or crawl Pulse beyond ordinary browsing
• attempt to access another user's account or data
• use the service to send unsolicited messages
• misuse the sign-in flow to enumerate or harass other people's emails

Pulse may rate-limit or suspend access if it detects abuse. If you believe access was restricted in error, contact us at contact@liveonpulse.com.

Event details on Pulse come from external sources and are refreshed regularly. They may be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Always confirm time, venue, age policy, and ticket availability with the venue or ticket source before travelling. Pulse is not liable for missed events, cancelled shows, or out-of-date listings.

Pulse is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The service may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Pulse.

We may update these terms when the product evolves. Significant changes will be flagged on the sign-in screen before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
