Maarten Hogenhuis

Maarten Hogenhuis (1986) is an Amsterdam, The Netherlands-based saxophonist. He is a member of the exhilarating 'power jazz group', BRUUT! and also plays in The More Socially Relevant Jazz Music Ensemble (led by Reinier Baas) as well as the two-drummer band, Krupa & The Genes. He also leads his own quartet and trio. Hogenhuis is also a sought-after sideman, which resulted in the collaboration with artists such as Pete Philly & Perquisite, The Four Tops
