We mix new wave, postpunk, goth and alternative for a melancholic, raw, and exhilarating sound. You can count on classics from all-time favorites like Depeche Mode, The Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees, but we’ll also feature modern bands that keep these genres alive, such as Fontaines D.C., Lebanon Hanover and Boy Harsher. Lesser-known gems and local music too have a place at Blue Saturday. Blue Saturday is more than just music. We’re a celebration of alternative culture in all its forms.
